To celebrate their national expansion, Duke's ordered an appropriately expansive number of frames—in a fractional number of days. As fast as I had to work to deliver these on time, I couldn't sacrifice the script's whimsical, upbeat energy. Many shots were necessarily cut, but it's an underrated comfort to have more than you need.
